Hire Southwestern Alumni

Throughout the year, the Career Services Office (CSO) maintains extensive listings of current job openings within the legal profession, including full- and part-time positions for students and graduates. Legal employers may post jobs with the CSO in two ways - Symplicity & Paper form.


With Symplicity, employers may submit job openings directly on-line from their computer via the Internet, and also access a comprehensive database of Southwestern student and alumni resumes.

To post job openings on-line, go to Southwestern's Symplicity page. Employers will need to register in order to post jobs online (registration is free). As part of registration, employers will create a user name and password. This will allow them to add/edit job listings at their convenience. For questions regarding Symplicity, please contact the Career Services Office.

Job Listing Form

Employers may continue to submit job openings by completing a Job Listing form. The Career Services Office will then post the job on Symplicity. This form is available for download (see below) and may be submitted via fax, email or postal mail to the Career Services Office.

Career Services Office

Southwestern's Career Services Office (CSO) provides career planning and job counseling services for students and alumni.  They also host the On-Campus Interview Programs each fall and spring, manage job listings and opportunities, organize job fairs and much more.
